• Schedule a Visit

  • Making sure that the school is the right fit is important for families. Meet the administrators and teachers and get to know your new school environment.

• Secure your Spot

  • Once you have made the decision to move forward, contact our management team and confirm your start date. 

  • Our management team will create your Brightwheel account for you to pay the registration fee to secure your spot.  Space is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.​

• Enrollment Paperwork

  • All families must have their paperwork completed prior to start. There will be paper forms AND digital forms.  When our management team creates your Brightwheel account, the virtual forms will be sent.

  • A copy of immunization records​ will be needed. The requirements can be found here.

  • A Physicians Report form will need to be filled out by a medical professional. The form can be found here.

• Schedule Parent Orientation

  • Parent Orientation is where you will bring in all completed paperwork and we will go over some policies and procedures to acclimate your family.

  • Check in/out procedures will be practiced with our Brightwheel app and any questions you have will be answered.​
