• Schedule a Visit

  • Making sure that the school is the right fit is important for families. Meet the administrators and teachers and get to know your new school environment.

• Secure your Spot

  • Once you have made the decision to move forward, contact our management team and confirm your start date. 

  • Our management team will create your Brightwheel account for you to pay the registration fee to secure your spot.  Space is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis.​

• Account Set Up & Enrollment Paperwork

  • All families must have their paperwork completed prior to start. When our management team creates your Brightwheel account, the virtual forms will be sent.

  • A copy of immunization records​ will be needed. The requirements can be found here.

  • A Physicians Report form will need to be filled out by a medical professional. The form can be found here.​​​​​

• Schedule Parent Orientation

  • Parent Orientation is where you will bring in all completed paperwork and we will go over some policies and procedures to acclimate your family.

  • Check in/out procedures will be practiced with our Brightwheel app and any questions you have will be answered.​
